Chapter I PRELIMINARY

Statutory text

1. SHORT TITLE, EXTENT AND COMMENCEMENT.—

  1. (1) This Act may be called the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994.
  2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.
  3. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th day of May, 1994.
