COMPULSORY REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS AND DEATHS.— Every Municipality shall register all births and deaths occurring in the Municipal area under the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (Central Act 18 of 1969) and the rules made thereunder and make the registration compulsory.
