Validation of acts and proceedings

Notwithstanding anything contained in any judgment, decree or order of any court or in this Act, all things done, all actions taken, all notifications issued, all appointments made, all powers exercised and all duties performed or purported to have been done, taken, issued, made, exercised or performed by the Regional Development Authority or its Chairman or Managing Director or any officer or authority in exercise of the powers under this Act or in purported exercise of such powers shall be deemed to have been validity done, taken, issued, made, exercised or performed and shall not be called in question in any court of law on the ground that the Regional Development Authority or such other officer or authority was not duly constituted or appointed or that the powers were not exercised or duties were not performed by the competent authority or that the prescribed procedure was not followed.
