Zonal Development Plan

Statutory text
- (1) Simultaneously with the preparation of the Master Plan or as soon as may be after the preparation of the Master Plan, the Authority shall proceed to prepare a Zonal Development Plan for each of the zones into which the area may be divided. (2) Such Zonal Development Plan shall contain a site-plan and land-use plan for the development of the zone and show the approximate locations and extents of land-uses proposed in the zone.
