Statutory text
- (1) The Authority may, with the approval of the State Government, frame regulations regarding the recruitment, promotion, and conditions of service of its officers and employees. (2) The regulations shall inter alia provide for: (a) methods of recruitment; (b) qualifications for appointment; (c) scales of pay and allowances; (d) discipline and procedure for disciplinary action.
