Meetings of the Authority.

- (1) The Authority shall meet at least one time in each calender year and there shall not be a gap of more than sixty days between two consecutive meetings. (2) The conduct of the meetings, quorum, service of notices, agenda, etc., shall be as prescribed by regulations.
