Matters to be provided in the Scheme

Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the schemes mentioned in sub-section (1) of section 12 may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:

1. (a) the acquisition by purchase, exchange, lease or otherwise of any property necessary for or affected by the execution of the scheme;
