Recovery of dues

Statutory text
- (1) Any sum due to the Authority may be recovered as an arrear of land revenue.
- (2) The certificate issued by the Authority regarding the amount due shall be conclusive proof of the debt.
- (3) The procedure for recovery shall be as prescribed.
