Preparation of Master Plan

Statutory text
- (1) The Authority shall, as soon as may be, prepare a Master Plan for the area under its jurisdiction and publish the same in the prescribed manner along with a notice inviting suggestions and objections from the public within the specified period. (2) The Authority shall consider the suggestions and objections received and after making such modifications as it deems fit, refer the plan to the State Government for approval.
