Master Plan and Zonal Development Plan

Statutory text
- (1) The Authority shall carry out a survey of the area under its jurisdiction, prepare an existing land-use map and such other maps as may be necessary for the purpose of preparing a Master Plan and Zonal Development Plan of the area. (2) The Master Plan shall define the various zones into which the area for which the plan has been prepared may be divided for the purposes of development and the manner in which the land in each zone is proposed to be used and the stages by which any such development shall be carried out.
