expenses thereof from such person.

Disposal of things removed.- Any of the thing caused to be removed by the Chief Officer of a Municipality under this Chapter shall, unless the owner thereof turns up to take back such things and pays to the Chief Officer the charges for the removal and storage of such thing within such periods, as the Chief Officer may specify, be disposed of by the Chief Officer within seven days of the expiry of such period by public auction or in such other manner, as he thinks fit.
