Declaration of results

Statutory text
  1. (1) The results of the examination of the University shall be declared by the Controller of Examinations of the University.
  2. (2) The results of the examination shall be published in such form as may be determined by the Academic Council.
  3. (3) The University shall have power to withhold the results of any candidate from publication if it is found that the candidate had adopted unfair means in the examination or was ineligible to appear in the examination.
