The Finance Officer

  1. (1) The appointment of the Finance Officer shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
  2. (2) The Finance Officer shall manage the property and investments of the University and shall be responsible for the preparation of the annual estimates of income and expenditure and for the proper maintenance of the accounts of the University.
  3. (3) The Finance Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified in the Statutes.
