The Standing Committee

The Standing Committee

1. (1) There shall be a Standing Committee of the University consisting of the following members, namely: -
   • (a) The Chancellor, who shall be the Chairperson;
   • (b) The Vice-Chancellor;
   • (c) The Registrar;
   • (d) Two members nominated by the Sponsoring Body; and
   • (e) One nominated expert from the field of education or industry.
2. (2) The Standing Committee shall advise the University on all matters of policy and administration and such other matters as may be referred to it by the Chancellor.
3. (3) The Standing Committee shall meet at least once in every six months.
