Staff of the Authority

Every Special Area Development Authority shall have such officers and servants as may be necessary and proper for the efficient discharge of its duties, and the appointments to the posts of officers and servants included in the State cadre of the relevant service of the Development Authority shall be made by the concerned Town and Country Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Chapter IX and the rules framed thereunder.
