Appeal

(1) Any applicant aggrieved by any order granting conditional permission or refusing permission under section 30 may, within thirty days from the date of his being notified of that order, file an appeal to such authority, in such manner and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed. (2) The appellate authority under sub-section (1), after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the appellant and the Director, may by order, dismiss the appeal or allow the appeal by granting permission without conditions or subject to such modified conditions as may be deemed fit.
