Lapse of permission

Every such permission granted under section 30 or 31 or 32 shall remain in force for a period of three years from the date of its grant and thereafter it shall lapse: Provided that the Director, on application made, may extend such period from year to year but the total period shall in no case exceed five years from the date on which the permission was initially granted: Provided further that any such lapse shall not bar any subsequent application for permission under this Act.
