Chief Executive Officer

(1) Every Town and Country Development Authority shall have a Chief Executive Officer who shall act as the Secretary of the Authority. (2) The Chief Executive Officer shall be appointed by the State Government from amongst the members of the State Cadre of the Development Authority Service or, if necessary, from amongst the members of the State Technical/Administrative Services.
