Exemption from claims of compensation in certain cases
The Madhya Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1973Where the final regional plan assigns a specific use of land for any area, and any land situated therein is already being used for such use, subject to restrictions as are substantially similar to those imposed by or under this Act, which were in force on the date the restrictions were imposed by or under this Act, and if any compensation in respect of such restrictions has already been paid to the claimant or to any predecessor-in-interest of the claimant under any other law for the time being in force regarding that property or any right or interest therein, then the owner shall not be entitled to any other compensation for any loss or damage to his rights due to the restrictions imposed on the use of land under the provisions of this Act.
