The Madhya Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1973The State Government may, at any time, but not later than twelve months from the date of passing of the order, either on its own motion or on an application filed by a person aggrieved by any order of the appellate authority under section 31, within thirty days from the date of his being notified of the order, in cases disposed of by the Director under section 30 or by the appellate authority under section 31, call for the records for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness of the order and as to the regularity of any proceeding of such Director or appellate authority, and may direct that the execution of the order be suspended while calling for such record. After examining the record, the State Government may pass such order as it deems fit and its order shall be final and no application for its revision or review shall lie: Provided that no order shall be passed until the person affected thereby and the Director have been given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
