, Making. of special revi- sion of record-of-rights.-(l) Where it appears to the Government that a record-of-rights for an estate does not exist or that the existing record-of-rights for an estate requires revision, it may by a notification direct that a record+f-rights he made or that ae record-of-rights be revised, as the case may be.

1. (2) The notification may direct tht the record-of-rights may be made ar specially revised for all or any estate in any local area.
2. (3) A mrd-of-rights made or specially rebed for an estate under this section shall be deemed to be the record-of-rights for the estate, but shall not afled any presumption in favour of the State which has already arisen from any previous record-of-righsts.
