B. Procedure for dealing with applications for partition of Shamilat lands.-If the Revenue officer does not refuse the application for partition of Shamilat land under section 109 or he is satisfied by a reference to the revenue record that the existing possession on lands recorded as Shamilat is not according to the shares of the co-sharing proprietors, he shall proceed to ascertain the individual shares of all the co-sharers and after deciding any question of title under the provisions of the next following section, make an order determining the mode of partition and specifying the area allotted to each one of such co-sharers.
