Title, extent and commencement.--
- (1) This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, 1996.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the Jammu and Kashmir State 1[ x x ].
- (3) It shall come into force on publication in the Government Gazette in the prescribed manner.
