Collector's decrees equivalent to decrees of Civil Court

Collector's decrees equivalent to decrees of Civil Court.-All decrees passed under sub-section (3) of the proceeding section shall be held to be decrees of a Court of civil jurisdiction of the first instance and notwithstanding anything contained in section 11 shall be open to appeal to the District Judge or High Court, as the case may be, under the rules applicable to appeals to those Courts.
