Power to make rules as to costs of partition

Power to make rules as to costs of partition.-The Government may make rules-

1. (a) for determining the costs of partitions under this Chapter and the mode in which such costs to be apportioned ;
2. (b) prescribing forms for use in proceedings under this Chapter ;
3. (c) prescribing fees and stamp duties ; and
4. (d) generally for carrying out the purposes of this Chapter.
