Application of Civil Procedure Code

In matters pertaining to the implementation of this Act, the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act No. 5 of 1908) shall apply where applicable. Every award of compensation by the court under this section shall be in writing signed by the judge, and shall specify the amount awarded and every such award shall be deemed to be a decree and the statement of grounds of every such award, a judgement within the meaning of section 2, clause(2) and section 2 clause(9) respectively, of the court of civil procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908)
