Powers of entry for inspection

Authorized officers may enter any premises or land adjoining the highway for the purpose of inspection, survey, or to enforce the provisions of this Act, subject to specific guidelines. The scope of the enquiry in which such proceding shall be restricted to the consideration of the interests of persons affected by the objection.
