Reference to court

Any person who has not accepted the order awarding compensation may, within a period of forty five days from the date of order by written application to the Collector, require that the matter be refered by the Collector for the determination of the Court, whether his objection be to the measurement, the amount of compensation the persons to whom it is payable or the appointment of the compensation among the person interested.
