Special provisions regarding traffic and safety

The Highway Authority shall ensure adequate safety measures on the highway, including: (a) Provision of signs; (b) Management of traffic flow; (c) Compliance with Section 22 orders; (d) Restrictions on heavy or unauthorized vehicles; (e) Any other necessary action in the interest of public safety. The Collector shall, in making the such a reference forthwith the following information to the Court- (a) the situation and extent of claim, with particulars of any building structure etc ; (b) the names of persons whom he has reason to believe are intersted in the claim ; (c) the amount of compensation determined under section 22 ; (d) the amount paid or deposited under section 23, and (e) if the objection be to the amount of compensation. the grounds on which the amount of compensation was determined.
