Entry of name in the register
The Uttarakhand Paramedical Council Act(1) The Council may, on receipt of an application made by any person in such manner, on payment of such fee, not exceeding two thousand rupees or as may be determined by the regulations, enter his name in the register if the Council is satisfied that such person holds such paramedical education. (2) Any person, whose name has been entered in the register, shall be entitled to be called as Para-Physiotherapist, Medical Practitioner or Medical Laboratory Technician, Radiotherapy Technician, as the case may be, or other disciplines as may be included by the State Government by notification in future. (3) The Council may refuse to enter the name of any person in the register for reasons to be recorded in writing and in the manner determined by the regulations.
