Right of Kudikidappukaran to be heritable but not alienable except in certain cases. The rights of a kudikidappukaran in his kudikidappu shall be heritable but not alienable expect to any person mentioned in sub-clause (a) or sub-clause (b) of clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 83.
