Landlord not to enter on surrendered or abandoned land

If any landlord enters into the possession of any abandoned land or any land which has not been surrendered in accordance with the provisions of section 57, he shall be deemed to have contravened the provisions of section 89 of this Act and shall be punished accordingly.
