Constitution of Land Board

The Government shall constitute a Land Board for performing the functions of the Land Board under this Act. The Board shall consist of a single member, who shall be the Secretary to Government, Revenue and Development Department, Puducherry or such other officer of an appropriate rank, as the Government may specify for the purpose.
