Vesting of the rights of religious, charitable or educational institutions in the Government not to operate as bar to the purchase of landlord’s rights by cultivating tenants. The filing of an application by a religious, charitable or educational institution of a public nature under sub-section (1) of section 73 or the vesting of the right, title and interest of the institution in the Government under sub-section (9) of section 74 shall not affect the right of the cultivating tenant purchase such right, title and interest in accordance with the provisions of sections 61 to 72.
