Power to enter upon land

Power to enter upon land - Subject to any condition and restrictions as may be prescribed any officer entrusted with the performance of any duty under this Act may at any time between sunrise and sunset enter upon any land with such other officers or persons as he deems fit and make survey and take measurement of any land and do all other acts necessary for carrying out his duties under this Act.
