Lands gained by gradual accretion - Any land gained by gradual accretion to any holding whether from the recess of a river or of the sea, subject to the provisions of section 52 may ordinarily form a part of such holding and the raiyat thereof shall be liable to pay such additional rent as may be determined by the Revenue Officer.
