Enquiries and proceedings to be judicial proceedings - All proceedings under this Act before any prescribed authority, Revenue Officer, Collector or the Board of Revenue shall he deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of sections 193 and 228 and for the purposes of section 196 of the Indian Penal Code.
