Short title, extent and commencement

Short title, extent and commencement -

1. (1) This Act may be called the Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960.
2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.
3. (3) It shall come into force in whole or in part, on such date or dates as the Government may from time to time by notification appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
