Removal of doubts - For removal of doubts it is hereby declared that where the landlord after having got the right to enter upon the land under section 34, or where the tenant after having become a raiyat under section 30 fails to personally cultivate the land without sufficient cause before the expiry of the year next following the date on which such right accrues, such landlord or tenant, as the case may be, shall be liable to eviction in accordance with the provisions of section 8.
