Dwelling houses of agricultural labourers and artisans

The provisions of section 9 shall mutatis mutandis apply to the dwelling houses constructed by agricultural labourers and village artisans and the sites on which such houses stand. Explanation - If such labourer or artisan or his predecessors-in-interest had for the first time occupied the site in question when he was in the service of the person having permanent and heritable rights in the site and right to accord permission for the construction of the house, the fact of such occupation shall be conclusive proof that permission had in fact been so accorded.
