The State Government shall cause the report to be laid before each House of the State Legislature.

Appointment of first Vice-Chancellor Notwithstanding anything contained in section 13, the first Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by the State Government as soon as practicable after the passing of this Act, for a period not exceeding five years and on such terms and conditions as the State Government thinks fit.
