Chapter IV AUTHORITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY

(1) The University shall establish a research service. The research and experiment stations which have been taken over by the University under sub-section
(5) of section 7 shall be conducted by it as constituent research institutions in such manner and with such suitable changes as the University may consider appropriate.
(2) The University shall establish regional research stations 1 * * * * at the existing agricultural colleges and shall according to need establish such additional experimental stations for research both fundamental and applied at suitable places 2[in the University area] as the University may consider appropriate.
(3) The University may at any time close down, curtail or expand, either permanently or temporarily, any of the research stations as the University may think appropriate.
