- (1) This Act may be called The Maharashtra Agricultural University (Krishi Vidyapeeth) Act, 1967. 2* * * * *
- (3) This section shall come into force at once. The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that all 3 or any of the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date or dates as may be specified therein.
