Disposal of land and other property by the Metropolitan Region Development Authority

The disposal of any land acquired by the State Government and transferred to the Metropolitan Region Development Authority with or without development thereon, or any other immovable property belonging to the Metropolitan Region Development Authority shall be done as prescribed.
