Deviations during development or construction and action against unauthorized development

Statutory text

(1) If during the execution of any development or construction, any deviation is made from the Development. Permission granted, the owner shall require to obtain revised sanction as per the procedure laid down in Section 28.
(2) Where a development or construction is undertaken by an owner, builder or developer without approval or in contravention of the Metropolitan Development and Investment Plan or Town Development Scheme or an Area Development Plan or any rule, regulation and order the local or competent authority concerned shall take immediate necessary steps against the said unauthorized development or construction as per the provisions of the respective law.
(3) The Metropolitan Region Development Authority may give directions to the concerned local or competent authority to take action against any unauthorized development or construction and the said authority shall take action accordingly.
