Formation of farmers co-operative societies

If the Government is of the opinion that it is in the public interest to entrust distribution of water supply when given in bulk at the head regulator or outlet to farmers co-operative societies, the Government may by rules provide for the formation of such societies on such conditions as may be prescribed.
