Procedure when Tehsildar disagrees with Canal Officer

(1) If the Tehsildar disagrees with the Canal Officer, the matter shall be referred for decision to the Divisional Canal Officer. (2) The decision of the Divisional Canal Officer shall be final, and the Canal Officer, if he is so directed by such decision, shall subject to the provisions of section 27 cause to transfer the field channel from the present owner to the applicant.
