Removal of difficulties

Removal of difficulties.--If any difficulty arises as to the first constitution of the Board or the continuance of the services, posting and adjustment of any employee or otherwise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may by order do anything which appears to it necessary for the purposes of removing the difficulties.
