Provided that any alterations or extensions of a scheme which are in the opinion of the Board and the Government minor in character may be made without preparing a supplementary scheme.

Controlled Stations Controlled stations.-Where a generating station situate within an area for which a scheme is in force has been designated in the scheme as a controlled station, the relations between the Board and the licensee owning the station shall, subject to any arrangements agreed under section 42, be regulated by the provisions of the First Schedule.
