Licensee to comply with Board's directions

Licensee to comply with Board's directions.—(1) Every licensee shall comply with such reasonable directions as the Board may from time to time give him for the purpose of achieving the maximum of economy and efficiency in the operation of his undertaking or any part thereof.

1. (2) If any dispute arises between the Board and the licensee as to whether any directions given under sub-section (1) are reasonable or not it shall be referred to such person or authority as the Government may appoint and the decision of such person or authority thereon shall be final.
